Every room at Pink Dino has its own personality with bold accent walls, statement murals, and a color palette that photographs as good as it feels to relax in. Three of the four bedrooms feature plush king beds, while the fourth is a bright, boutique-style room with two queen beds, giving the group flexibility for couples, friends, or solo travelers.

The heart of the home flows outdoors: a heated pool for lounging during the day or late-night swims and lounge seating for pre-game photos, a BBQ for group cookouts, and a fire pit for the wind-down after a big night out. The full kitchen is stocked for group cooking and mimosa mornings.

Guests have access to the full property during your stay aside from a small cabinet in the makeup room that we keep locked for supplies.

Neighborhood — quiet, suburban residential setting with nearby parks and lakes. The address sits in southern Scottsdale (ZIP 85257) surrounded by established single-family neighborhoods, pocket parks and greenbelts. Close-by conveniences include grocery stores, local shopping centers and restaurants along major corridors; popular Scottsdale attractions (Old Town Scottsdale nightlife, galleries, and hiking in the McDowell foothills) are a short drive away. The vibe is family-friendly, safe-feeling and typical of Scottsdale’s low-rise residential areas.

Getting around — most practical by car (drive or rental). The area is car-oriented with good road connections to central Scottsdale and Phoenix via the Loop/202 and surface arterials. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft), taxis and local airport shuttles are widely available. Valley Metro operates local bus routes serving Scottsdale; however, light rail service does not run directly to this neighborhood, so relying on a combination of bus + transfer or rideshare is common for public-transit trips. Walking is pleasant for short errands inside the immediate block but not ideal for longer trips to major attractions.

Check-In: Standard check-in time is after 4 PM. We cannot guarantee early check-ins, especially on days when other guests are checking out, as we want to ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned and prepared just for you.

Reservation Agreement: By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the house rules and cancellation policy listed at the time of booking.

Decorations: Please do not use any glue dots, glue strips, or very sticky tape if you choose to hang decorations in the home. You are free to use scotch tape and we even provide some for you. You are responsible for removing all decorations and tape prior to your departure. Our cleaners will charge an additional fee for removing decorations and anything used to adhere them to the walls.

Climate Control: The home features central AC. During your stay, you are free to adjust it as you wish but we ask that you do not set it below 68 degrees as it can cause the unit to freeze up and break when it is hot outside.
