Located in the New Papago Parkway Neighborhood of South Scottsdale just Northeast of E McKellips & N. Scottsdale Road just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, ASU/DT Tempe, and Sky Harbor Airport.
Other Things to Note:
NOTE: Pool Heat is optional and requires a $75/night ($400/week) Pool Heat Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival.
Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.

The house was as described in the listing. We choose this location because it was close to the Ironman Race in Tempe and near fun activities in Old Town. The host was very responsive to questions and getting checked into the house was easy. The house was perfect for the long weekend and the outdoor space was great for socializing and enjoying the great Arizona weather in November. I would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Nice house in an older area of Scottsdale. The home was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The owner was quick to respond to any questuons we had. The pool was clean and well maintained. The outdoor facilities were fun.
