There is a very large master bedroom with a king size bed and daybed with a trundle for extra sleeping space. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cooking utensils, baking dishes, kids dishes, pots and pans and much more. The living room is nice and spacious, right off the kitchen. Modern kitchen with bar seating and formal dining room with plenty of seats for everyone. Out back is a large covered patio with comfy outdoor furniture and sun loungers. You will love hanging out outside here!

Maximum occupancy 8 adults (and their related dependent children).
Quiet Hours 9 pm to 9 am Please be considerate of our neighbors.
No Smoking Allowed.
Pets Allowed upon approval.
Must be 25 or over to reserve. Booking person must be present in the home during the entire stay.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. This is not a party house.
DO NOT Touch Pool Equipment or remove pool cleaner or water leveler. $500 Fine charged for tampering with pool equipment.
Pool heat is an additional charge, $50 per night, contact host to arrange.
Do not remove pool fence without permission, $150 charge to take down.

My kids loved the pool (and a gate!)! House was clean and comfortable. Check in time is a bit late and check out time is a bit early. Property manager was easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back soon!

In town for a week to relax and catch some baseball. House is in a great neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and said “Hi” when taking our dog for walks. Check in process was easy. House clean, and had all the amenities we wanted. Pool was heated, good size. Beds were all comfortable. Having two bathrooms was great. Location was centrally located between good prks, restaurants, and baseball fields. Would highly recommend.

House was clean and comfortable. There are some changes that would help make the house more comfortable like more bath towels, more blankets on the beds (it was a colder weekend), and better cookware. The listing says it accommodates 8 however there were only 4 plates and cups to use. The dishwasher and garbage disposal leaked water. The pool was nice and warm. We waited for the cleaning crew to finish to access the house past our check in time but they were friendly and the house was clean.

The house really needs some love. There are water spots in multiple areas of the ceiling. The flooring has stains and there were numerous dirty fingerprints on the walls. It smelled of animals too. The location is the only thing keeping me from giving it 2 stars.
