Our son lives in Brevard and this house was in a great location to gather entire family. Kids had their own space downstairs and adults loved the big covered deck. It is close to town and to Pisgah Nat’l. Forest so we could easily access shopping, hiking and fishing. Well outfitted with everything we needed. Experienced the White Squirrel Festival that weekend which was fun! Definite “do-over” !

Area was quiet and the neighbor is friendly rooster and all. Location is good to downtown Brevard. Nice community etc.. Unfortunately is rained almost every day of our stay. Property drains well. Only concern are the stairs to the lower level. If you are not a stair person you may want to think it over for safety concerns. All the appliances work well. Would suggest a screen door. Over leading out to the nice deck off the kitchen. This would help keeping birds, wasp and other creatures coming in. May want to have a garage door opener to bring cars in to the garage. Owners option though, Would recommend to a friend.
