The location is excellent, 5 min walk to the Cathedral. All we needed was provided.
The staircase and the floors are creaking, and very loud.

Central, clean, pleasant
Noise from pub across the road, even though we faced a courtyard. Unlikely to be a problem in winter as windows would be closed. It wasn't terrible, but it woke me up a couple of times. (I'm a light sleeper).

Location was excellent and considering how central it was it wasn't very noisy. Beds were comfortable.
We were put in another apartment at the last minute and it felt slightly rushed/unfinished: loo seat not attached, wooden panel behind it fell down when we opened the door, fan in bathroom didn't work, apartment smelled of smoke. For one night it was ok but the kitchen was lightly equipped and there was only one small sofa for 4 people so wouldn't have worked for longer.
