Cosy house. Comfortable beds. Easy to regulate the heating. Very well-equipped and stylish kitchen.
The electric shower took a long time to heat up.

It was close to everything we needed and so we could walk to the beach etc. Plenty of on road parking and felt very safe and secure on where we were staying.
There were a few issues.
1. All of the upstairs doors were hard to open and close.
2. There is a disgusting frying pan in the kitchen which should really have been replaced.
3. The ironing board was tiny and so I had to use this on the floor.
4. Not recommended for people with mobility issues like myself as the stairs are very steep.
5. A very damp like old perfume smell every time you enter the house.
6. The sofas are so hard and not very comfortable at all.
7. You have to remove all bedding etc before you leave and this should really be included in the cost.
8. I wouldn't recommend staying here with a small child as we were so worried about our 7 year old son who is under SEND from falling down the stairs if he needed to use the toilet in the night and he did get stuck in the bathroom as the door gets stuck.
9. The oven was not clean and there was dirty pots and pan lids.
So due to the above reasons we will not be returning again.

Clean, comfortable, lovely and well equipped property. Good location, easy access, only a short walk to town and public transport to go further a field.
All was lovely, nothing to complain about!

Very comfortable beds , living room
When we read the book, it said we would get a welcome pack we DIDNT, the back yard had two used throwaway bbq's, and the shed had rubbish from the bbq in there, The dust bin outside the front door was full and very smelly and we had to leave our rubbish bin on the floor. Also it said there would be a blue bag for recycling we looked everywhere and could not find so instead of leaving them or taking them home we awaited the bin men so we could give them to them as we didn't want to loose our deposit . The bathroom did not have a lock on the door.

The property was off the beaten track. No bus, but cosy of taxies was good, and all drivers very helpful. Everything you'd expect. From your own home was there. With only staying for 3 nights. We took less stuff. So didn't use the facilities of a washer or iron. Smashing size TV. With all mod cons, but difficult for me to understand. Which wasn't a issue. The area was quiet, and lots of greenery, and walks for both humans and my guide dog. Found the cemetery amazing. Loved walking around at a bit of history. Would come again. Would know what to expect next time.
No wall clock. Kept looking up, like I would at home, and the same in the kitchen. Found the hob easy to use. I'm alright with gas. So appreciated that. I would have liked a chair in the bedrooms. No where to put my cloths for the next day. The bedside table could have had draws. As there was no where to put stuff and both And my sister who had Alzheimer's got confused as to who's socks she had put on. So her own draw would have helped, both of us. But these were small stuff's. Adventurus

Situation and good parking
Smells of dog urine when you walk in. Could not find washing machine.one dirty and one badly chipped glass in cupboard. No coat hooks. Settees not very comfy, needs a 3 seater. Key box very low I have bad knees. Half of stuff it said on list in house like shower gel not there. No dishcloth. Attention to detail needed. I have worked in hospitality many years this has the potential to to be lovely. Needs laminate flooring in living room. We also could not find how to turn heating up and were cold downstairs.

The house was really comfortable and the heating good. The beds were comfortable and it was a really quiet neighborhood. There was tea and coffee on arrival and a parking permit to use.
There was no milk left or blue recycling bag (even though stated in the inventory) and no answers to questions from the company managing the letting.

House clean, beds amazing.
There was no parking permit which I had seen on another review wasn't provided. Obviously this is something regularly not given when it is essential, you can't buy one, it has to be provided. A neighbour told us the houses have to buy them once a year so it seems like it's a money saving issue which looks really bad. Luckily no traffic warden came. The bath panel was held on by a plastic tiling spatula. I cut my foot on the edge of the bath panel. The drain cover in the shower wasn't attached. The hot water pressure was really bad and I gave up running a bath after 10 minutes. We found it odd that you had to take off your sheets at the end, seemed like a step that could have been achieved by the cleaner. It didn't feel right to be doing that as we left.

Quiet , easy to relax. Near amenities. Good for parking. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. My daughter wants to live here.
Nothing major but Toilet seat a little insecure.(common easy fix) Step down from bedrooms hall then step up to bathroom (would be better if the step down was straight from the bedrooms then not stepping over the landing.

nice and clean, good size rooms, comfortable beds/ settee, quiet road.
The half step between bedroom and bathroom was a bit difficult to get used to and could have led to an accident. It was difficult to get out by 10 on the day of departure and no-one came to the property at all in the first half hour, as we popped round to the shop and no-one had come by the time we got back to the car. i think they should allow at least till 10.30. I also am not used to having to strip the beds. It was further from the beach than it sounded on the advert.

The cottage was clean, comfortable and very well equiped. We liked being able to walk into the town centre and to the seafront. We also liked being able to park in front of the property using the permit provided.
There was a problem getting the permit on arrival but this was soon rectified by phoning the property management agent whose number was provided in the cottage.
