Cosy and warm house
Cosy house. Comfortable beds. Easy to regulate the heating. Very well-equipped and stylish kitchen.
The electric shower took a long time to heat up.

You get what you pay for......
It was close to everything we needed and so we could walk to the beach etc. Plenty of on road parking and felt very safe and secure on where we were staying.
There were a few issues. 1. All of the upstairs doors were hard to open and close. 2. There is a disgusting frying pan in the kitchen which should really have been replaced. 3. The ironing board was tiny and so I had to use this on the floor. 4. Not recommended for people with mobility issues like myself as the stairs are very steep. 5. A very damp like old perfume smell every time you enter the house. 6. The sofas are so hard and not very comfortable at all. 7. You have to remove all bedding etc before you leave and this should really be included in the cost. 8. I wouldn't recommend staying here with a small child as we were so worried about our 7 year old son who is under SEND from falling down the stairs if he needed to use the toilet in the night and he did get stuck in the bathroom as the door gets stuck. 9. The oven was not clean and there was dirty pots and pan lids. So due to the above reasons we will not be returning again.

Our second stay was as good as our first stay of last year.
Clean, comfortable, lovely and well equipped property. Good location, easy access, only a short walk to town and public transport to go further a field.
All was lovely, nothing to complain about!

All in all, it was a lovely, quiet place to stay. Value for money
Very comfortable beds , living room
When we read the book, it said we would get a welcome pack we DIDNT, the back yard had two used throwaway bbq's, and the shed had rubbish from the bbq in there, The dust bin outside the front door was full and very smelly and we had to leave our rubbish bin on the floor. Also it said there would be a blue bag for recycling we looked everywhere and could not find so instead of leaving them or taking them home we awaited the bin men so we could give them to them as we didn't want to loose our deposit . The bathroom did not have a lock on the door.

I found this an adventure's stay. Given I didn't know anything of this part of Scarborough.
The property was off the beaten track. No bus, but cosy of taxies was good, and all drivers very helpful. Everything you'd expect. From your own home was there. With only staying for 3 nights. We took less stuff. So didn't use the facilities of a washer or iron. Smashing size TV. With all mod cons, but difficult for me to understand. Which wasn't a issue. The area was quiet, and lots of greenery, and walks for both humans and my guide dog. Found the cemetery amazing. Loved walking around at a bit of history. Would come again. Would know what to expect next time.
No wall clock. Kept looking up, like I would at home, and the same in the kitchen. Found the hob easy to use. I'm alright with gas. So appreciated that. I would have liked a chair in the bedrooms. No where to put my cloths for the next day. The bedside table could have had draws. As there was no where to put stuff and both And my sister who had Alzheimer's got confused as to who's socks she had put on. So her own draw would have helped, both of us. But these were small stuff's. Adventurus
