A lovely property

The house was exactly as advertised, extremely clean and tidy. The enclosed garden was a nice addition when you have dogs.

A few additional essentials would be helpful, such as, tin foil, kitchen roll and spare toilet paper. We run out and couldn't find any spare.

Fabulous doggy friendly break

Our 2nd stay beautiful house and great location our two pugs love the park and the beach, and great chippy 5 min walk away, great parking as well with permit included. The kitchen is amazing and fully equipped and we cooked our own breakfast with ingredients from Aldi which is 5 mins drive away. We will definitely be returning next year!

Amazing! We would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect. We didn’t use the car once, everywhere was in walking distance. The house was beautiful, the furniture was very comfortable and it was great to have an en-suite.

A family stay at Sunbeams and Icecreams

The location is very handy for everything really, especially the beautiful Peasholm Park. We especially recommend The Bella Rosa cafe for amazing value for money breakfasts. The beds were very comfortable and clean and the heating had been put on for our arrival which was lovely, a parking permit was also left for us. There is a large dining table and dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There is a corner shop at the bottom of the street for milk and bread etc

The smaller bedroom would benefit from a larger wardrobe if it was possible to fit one in but there are several drawers to put clothes in.

Ideal little house in great location.

Location was perfect for what we wanted to do, easy to catch buses to south bay too. On street parking no problem as they left passes for the duration of our stay. Nice little enclosed sitting area at the back of the house where the dog could sit.

Not a complaint but would be ideal if there was a dishwasher in the kitchen.

Superb

Absolutely superb location. We were at the open air theatre, it's a lovely walk 15 minutes tops. Gorgeous house, equipped with everything you can think of. Gorgeously finished 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plenty of space and lovely furniture and furnishings. Definitely love to come back

Wow just wow

This house is spotless and could win 4 in a bed easily. The decor was beautiful and the bed was soooo comfy. 15 minute walk from the train station. Communication from the owner was great and we got a message from the owner when the house was cleaned which meant early check in. We booked this house as it was close to the open air theatre, literally 5 mins down the road, the south side of the beach was also 5 mins walk down the road. We booked the hideout bar n restaurant which was at the end of the road, need to book as gets busy vey the food and atmosphere was great. Will deffo book again of going to Scarborough x

Lovely little property close to all amenities

Lovely and clean and well equipped . Close to the park,seafront and Open Air Theatre . Coffee shops and bars at the bottom of the road . Great communication with the host . Will definitely be staring here again .

Nice house, great location.

Great location

Our Saturday was a little spoiled by having to move the car every few hours, as apparently the cleaner forgot to leave us a parking permit. This was a bit of a pain. The house looked spotless but the lounge smelled of dog. We would stay again if guaranteed a permit, and I would bring some febreeze for the lounge.

Peaceful and calm.

I can't say enough great things about this place. Firstly host was amazing, after dealing with a no show from a booking already made and late in the evening, Katie was amazing dealing with our very late minute booking. The house is very cute with a spacious kitchen/dining area. Beautifully decorated throughout. Gorgeous rooms and sun lit back patio. Clean throughout with loads of glasses and kitchenware. Washer and dryer in main bathroom and beautiful bath! Short walk to a park and the beachfront and short drive to Scarborough centre and seafront. Quite area with good street parking available. Will defo be booking here again.

Relaxing

The property was homely and comfortable and in a great location, we have stayed at a few places off booking.com and this was by far the cleanest we have stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped. Katie was accommodating with our check in time. We will be booking again soon
