I stayed here during my Shimanami Kaido trip because I needed accommodation close to Okunoshima (the rabbit island). The property is essentially a hostel with private rooms. It was clean, comfortable, and well thought out. They provided useful amenities such as a toothbrush, earplugs, warmers for the colder season, and even a torch, which came in handy because it gets really dark at night, and you need it to walk to the kombini.
Could hear other guests a little bit because the rooms are not soundproof. But I was so tired I slept pretty well.
