The home is equipped with central air, wifi & ethernet, Smart TV , SONOS bluetooth speaker, a washer/dryer set, lawn games, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler.
The home has an open and airy living room with comfortable seating. The dining room has direct access to a fenced in private backyard with a patio table and chairs including extra large umbrella and dining table, gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs, Weber gas grill and an outdoor shower. Additionally, the house has a spacious, well-manicured, side yard great for outdoor activities, including Kan Jam, Corn Hole, Bocce, Croquet. Located in a quiet area near Shore Rd, this home is close to all the destinations that make Chatham so amazing; Jump on the many Bike trails, Watch the Chatham A's, Stroll downtown Main Street, visit Lighthouse beach, Oyster pond & Schoolhouse Pond, are all close by. The house was very clean and it had everything you would need for cooking. The location wasn’t bad but not really walkable to downtown.Overall it was great rental and met all of our needs.
