This well-appointed home features a new chef’s kitchen with a 20' vaulted ceiling open to sunroom/seating area. Sliding doors take guests from the sunroom to a patio with outdoor seating or you may enjoy your meal in a separate dining room just off the kitchen. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, white quartz countertops and a large island with seating. Also downstairs is a new laundry room and full bath. This is a beautifully updated historic home filled with everything you could need for your stay. The location is ideal- walking distance to Main St, fish market and even lighthouse beach. The house was clean and the host was easy to communicate with. It's the perfect family house-bunk beds, games, just all around very family friendly. We look forward to staying here again.

Host was very communicative and easy to work with, home looked as charming in person as it did on the photos. Beds were very comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, we loved it!

We had a lovely stay! Great amount of room for everyone to relax with all-the-things for fun! We were in town for a wedding and the property was a perfect walking distance between CBI and the shopping/dining district. We were very grateful for all the beach items and the fully-stocked kitchen. Cannot recommend this charming home enough!

My family and I just recently took our first trip to Chatham for a long weekend this spring and had a great time! We have a one and four year old and couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The house was clean and beautifully decorated with plenty of space. We enjoyed all the house had to offer for the kids (including toys, books, bikes, and nice backyard) and loved the updated kitchen and great seating areas. We also really enjoyed being close to town. Our host, Matt, was wonderful to work with and we look forward to visiting again hopefully soon!
