The house features granite countertops and tile flooring, large living room, sunroom and spacious yard. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a Queen bed and en suite bathroom. Upstairs are Bedrooms 2 and 3, each with two Twin beds and Bedroom 4 with a Queen bed. All four bedrooms have window AC units. Spend your days at the private beach or take a stroll through downtown Chatham which is only 2 miles away. We really enjoyed the house and the house layout. Wished the outdoor shower worked. To me that is just part of vacation on the Cape. Also, just better for the house.

This is a little slice of heaven. Very quiet neighborhood and the private beach was great. The house was clean and fully stocked including the kitchen with many place servers, utensils, and cooking pots/pans. The grill was big enough for a family gathering. Even the neighbor stopped by to say hi! We had one very small mechanical issue which was taken care of by the realtor and the maintenance person in a timely manor. If you are looking for a great, quiet, private beach this is definately the place!
