Property is very clean and bright and well maintained. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with open floor plan, cathedral ceilings and finished basement is located on a quiet lane and is just 9/10's of a mile to the Chatham Angler's ball-field, and just a bit farther to beaches and downtown. Air conditioning, wireless internet access, first floor laundry, enclosed outdoor shower, SoloStove patio with Adirondack chairs, and Weber gas grill. Master king bedroom has private bath and balcony.

This house was perfect! An easy drive to town and coffee shops / restaurants and the house had everything we needed for a wonderful fall weekend on the Cape. Would definitely recommend!!

Lisa and Brian's home is very beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming. They are such a pleasure to communicate with. The home is very close to town for shopping and eating, beaches, coffee shops, museums, etc. I noticed in town there is an episcopal church. One of the highlights was going to the fishing pier to watch the boats come in with their fish and seeing the seals swimming around hoping for some food. I would definitely recommend Lisa and Brian's home for a stay.

Just finished a week enjoying this wonderful rental in a great location and peaceful setting but what stood out was the house itself - in top condition , beautifully decorated and thoughtful touches .
