The main living and dining areas feature wide-plank pine hardwood floors and a flat-screen TV, perfect for winding down after a day at the beach or watching a game at Veterans Field. The fully equipped galley kitchen includes a gas stove, dishwasher, and large side-by-side refrigerator—ideal for everything from quick breakfasts or family dinners.
On the main floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a queen bed along with a full bathroom. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and a twin with a trundle (2 twin beds), the other with a queen bed and a twin bed—share a comfortable loft area with new furniture that works well as a secondary lounge or kids’ hangout. The private primary suite, located on the second floor above the garage, is accessed from within the home via its own staircase and features a king bed and an updated en suite full bathroom.

House was perfect for our fall family weekend! Bedroom set up was great for 4 couples, one with an infant. Very convenient location to all Chatham attractions. Would highly recommend!

Listing showed pictures of fire pit which was not present. We were disappointed, as had packed s’mores and evening sitting by the fire. Back lawn had nettles in growing in the grass and outside furniture was a bit run down. Also trash was not picked up as indicated on refrigerator instructions during our stay. Very expensive property that didn’t meet all expectations set by renter.

This home added to the merriment of the group. There were several areas we could all gather and laugh...the dining room table, livingroom, and back yard. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all a good size...which is deceptive looking at the picture of the house. House lives large.Renting a home for 7 "older" women can be stressful...EVERY lady thanked me and said the home was great.Not to be ignored...is the location. House is so close to downtown Chatham..we would go out for icecream some nights...and as we can attest..Chatham is the cutest town on the Cape.WOULD HIGHLY recommend this house...to all who want a clean, cozy and centrally located place to stay on the Cape.
