Absolutely beautiful vacation home with upscale furnishings throughout! Giant wraparound porch complete with comfy furniture and central air conditioning (Two zones). The kitchen is a chef's dream, unless you prefer walking into town for dinner at your favorite downtown Chatham bistro. The new bike trail is just up the road and Oyster Pond Beach is 1/10 mile walk and includes amenities for the kids. Wrap Around Porch with outside eating area, sun area & backyard deck. Professional landscaping with seashell driveway, two walkways and flowers/plant and bushes. Covered deck with picnic bench (for kids with to much sun or a rainy day) Beach chairs (6) and mountain bikes (2) Include cooler/wheels and beach trolley (other kids beach items) Stainless steel grill on backyard porch/deck including a full size hammock. Beautiful Gourmet Kitchen with wide open space. Beautiful Bathrooms up and down. Fantastic bedrooms that are well maintained. Bonus Walkout Living area downstairs....

The kitchen was fully stocked and had many extras. There was an extra refrigerator. The bedrooms were perfect and the downstairs shower was really nice. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for us to use the backyard and fire pit, but we enjoyed mornings on the front deck.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and comfortable and super close to Main Street, which was nice. It's handy having a CVS and a market very close by as well! Thank you for everything David and Evelyn - and for allowing us to stay an extra 2 days!

Fantastic location! Walking distance to town, Oyster Pond and grocery/drug store. Comfortable home with gorgeous kitchen. Owner is on top of every need or question. Loved our stay there.
