The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults but would also be great for a family or two. Everything was clean and it was nice to have the fire pit on the back patio as well as the basement ping pong table and a nice living room to watch TV. We would stay in this house again.

I will start by saying that the folks at Del Mar Vacations, the property manager were fantastic! We had a number of issues and they dealt with them immediately. What we were unhappy about was the general condition of the property and specifically, things like lights not working, poor condition of the grill and difficulty using the "smart" TV. And while we knew the property was tucked away in a residential area, we thought we'd be a bit closer to water. No such luck.
