About this house rental
Inviting and comfortable home on the end of a cul de sac, on beach side of Route 28, just over one mile from no Harwich’s largest beach, Red River Beach, on Nantucket Sound. Last street south of 28 before Chatham. DISCOUNTS IF YOU BYO LINENS. Save $150 if you BYO sheets and /or save an additional $170 if you BYO towels.

The main house offers three bedrooms and 2.5 baths with excellent flow:
• Upstairs: King primary bedroom + twin bedroom
• Main floor: Full-size bedroom + convenient access to living areas and next to 1/2 bath.
Ideal for families, guests, or multi-generational living with easy accessibility.
The separate south wing offers two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom for added privacy and comfort:
• Queen bedroom
• Bedroom with three twin beds + solar shade skylights
Perfect for guests, kids, or extra family space with its own full bath.
Large Family room with flat screen TCL HD TV, & books.
Front to back large formal Living room with fireplace seats at least 10 and leather topped desk.
Formal Dining room with table that seats 10 with leaves.

We were in town for my son's soccer tournament, the house was a perfect location and layout. Plenty of space for the boys. Elizabeth was quickly available for any questions.

Good location with a good layout for a large family or group. House had 4 bathrooms and laundry which was a huge plus for us. One street over from Chatham and a 5 min drive or 8 min bike ride to the Red River beach. We liked that it was close to Harwichport/Dennis/Chatham and central to all the Cape Cod League baseball fields. Backyard was nice and had ample room to relax in. Was wondering if the owners ever thought to make a path to the Red River that is behind the house, might be a good kayaking opportunity or be able to see some of the nature back there.

Overall very good experience. Took us a while to find cutting boards, locatedin narrow cabinet next to oven. Ice maker in refrigerator was a game changer!
