You will also be near the Cape Cod Rail Trail and within minutes of multiple beaches and ponds. Drive to Cockle Cove Beach in four minutes, Ridgevale Beach in five minutes, or Forest Beach in six minutes. Taylor’s Pond is close by, and with deeded access, you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, and fishing in this beautiful body of water.
When you walk through the front door of our home you will find a bright and open living space, including kitchen with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and island seating, a dining room set, and living area with a sectional couch and large flat screen TV. Upstairs is another living area with a couch, flat screen TV and gas fireplace, as well as a full bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a twin trundle and the other with two full + twin bunk beds. The house has central air conditioning for constant comfort on even the hottest of summer days. Other amenities include TV, WiFi, a washer/dryer in the basement, outdoor shower, gas grill, deck with outdoor seating, and sheets and towels provided at no extra cost.

The home was clean and neighborhood quiet. We never made our way to the pond and didn’t know how to access it. There were lots of great yard games in the garage and fire in the fire pit was great for smores.

The home had everything you would need from a coffee maker to wine glasses, they had it all !!!!

Slight issue on arrival. Heat and fireplace not working. Technician was sent out immediately and situation resolved. Key pad not working on day 3. Was able to obtain a key from the lockbox after calling property management. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Location close to everything, sort of in the middle of the cape.

I traveled for a weekend at the Cape to spend time with my family, tbe house was exactly as listed, communication from the property management company was great. I had check in information a few days ahead along with the door code. I was able to do a later check out as well. House was exactly as described, all linens and towels included.
