The apartment is located on the ground floor and is an integral part of a
villa located on a hill consisting of three apartments. It is
composed of two double bedrooms,, a bathroom and a kitchen.
Externally it has a small terraceoutside the double bedroom which houses the washing machine, another kitchen opposite adjacent to the garden with barbecue and a table with chairs and deckchairs for
eating out. It also has a pitch with a shower available
external and the water reserve and a garden of approximately 500 m2. It is accessed from
a private road and has two parking spaces available.
the garden is equipped with good lighting which allows you to dine and stay in the garden during the night.
There is wi-fi in the structure. the telephone signal is not very stable
It is about 3.5 km from the beaches of Chia: Spiaggia Campana, Su Giudeu,
Sa Colonia, Cala Cipolla etc.... At about 1.5 km you can find all the
services such as: Restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies.

"tutto perfetto proprietari gentilissimi e simpatici, consigliato! unica nota positiva o negativa a seconda delle esigenze ė la distanza dal paese perchė la strada ė sterrata e con le buche, magari a persone piu anziane puo non essere troppo comodo, peró ė molto rilassante e tranquillo!"

"Pulizia: 10 e lode.
Disturbi sonori: 5, c''è un abbaiare continuo di cani che però non è colpa dei proprietari della casa. Loro stessi li subiscono visto che soggiornano nella casa in quei giorni per la loro vacanza.
Contesto geografico: spiagge 10, mare 10, per il resto non c''è nulla, ma era quello che noi cercavamo. Quindi 10 al contesto.
Vista: non classificato, essendo in un seminterrato non c''è vista.
Attrezzature: 9 perché manca la TV, anche se è stato bello (e strano) non averla per 15 gg. Ci sono perfino le zanzariere, cosa non comune nelle case di vacanza e molto gradite perché le vespe talvolta danno fastidio, ma per le zanzare non
sarebbero servite, ce ne sono talmente poche...
Ma c''è la lavatrice. Ci starebbero bene i condizionatori nelle camere, così si limiterebbero anche i rumori sonori esterni... è solo un consiglio...
Facilità di accesso: è isolato, ma abbastanza facile da trovare. Distante 5 minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più belle di Chia.
I proprietari sono davvero gentili."

"appartamento di nuova costruzione, spazioso, ben arredato e pulito. ottimo dal punto di vista dell''ubicazione, in zona interna ma non distante dal mare, in posizione tranquilla. sottolineo la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari."

"Bell''appartamento, immerso nella natura e nel silenzio. Davvero ben progettato per godere di spazi interni ed esterni. Memorabile la stellata nella notte di San Lorenzo! Francesca e Basilio, i proprietari, sono "perfetti": gentili, disponibili, accoglienti e generosi. L''unico "difetto" dell''annuncio su Homelidays riguarda la mappa/cartina: il punto in cui è indicato l''alloggio non corrisponde con precisione alla realtà."
