Amenity Fees: $170.00 covers 6 facility & 2 parking passes. Please note, additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week.

Check in was easy. We had no issues. The cleanliness of the condo could have been better. The bathrooms and kitchen weren't as clean as other stays we've had through VRBO. Other than that the facilities were nice and parking was easy.

We have always loved the Sunset Island location - pool, bay, small community feel and minutes to the ocean. Weather was great which was another plus.
