This is a modern and spacious condo with over 1000SqFt / 93m2. Located on the 8th floor, the Ocean view from the balcony is breathtaking and the refreshing breeze will relax your mind away from it all.

Resort-style building with a heated pool, two tennis courts, full-featured fitness center,, onsite delicious cafe, optional valet parking for a fee, onsite minimarket, foosball table, billiard table, ping-pong, onsite beauty salon, and the beautiful Heritage Park adjacent to the building. We stayed a few nights and we really loved our stay. The condo was very bright, clean & comfortable with an awesome view of the ocean. Great water pressure in the shower-that’s extremely important to me. I spent one day just lounging on the balcony with a book. The pool was really nice, and it was so convenient to have a mini market right inside the building. Very short 5 min walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to the area. Thank you very much to our hosts!

Zero stars should be an option. Never received checkin information from host. Host was unreachable. VRBO could not reach him. This went on for hours. But I eventually needed alternative arrangements. VRBO was responsive and refunded stay, covered next three nights at alternative property and covered remaining nights over and above original cost.

Fabulous resort and location. Mom with 2 teenagers. Loved the condo. Very nice. Flooring looked new. Only thing I wished for was ceiling fan in master bedroom. But that was very minor. Would definitely rent again.

Nice condo with a great view. The beach is on the other side of the street, but easy to access. The unit was clean and spacious. There is a small but well equipped gym. We didn't use the pool. We will certainly go back next time we are in the area.

Overall the condo was great. It was spacious, with close proximity to the beach, and a nice pool area. Ensure you have communicated well in advance about check in procedures, as we were left scrambling to figure out how to check in and get the entrance code to the unit after arriving late in the evening after a long flight. It was not provided in advance. We were a bit underwhelmed by the lack of basic supplies that we have found in other vacation rentals we have stayed in. We were staying for nine nights and arrived to a shortage of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, and dishwasher soap. Also, there were only 5 bath towels and two dish towels provided. Fine for a one night stay, but not enough for over a week. We left extra soap and TP behind to pay it forward to the next guest. I would still recommend this property, as the location and facility is great.

When my friends and I arrived at 11:30 pm, I was told that there was no record of my reservation. I tried contacting the owner, but no one answered. I left email messages, text messages, and phone messages. Finally I contacted VRBO and they told me to book a hotel and that I would be reimbursed. We spent a total of 3 hours trying to sort things out. The next day I contacted VRBO and they were finally able to get in touch with the property manager and arrange for us to go back to the property. We had to uber back to the property. When we got there I was asked to pay a fee of $41.50 for the fobs. I explained how the owner had sent me a message when I booked asking me to pay $50 for the fobs as well as a late check-in fee of $50. The gentleman at the front desk knew nothing about those fees and said he had never heard of a late check-in fee. After hours of trying to get in touch with the property manager, I was asked if I could call my bank and see if those fees could be credited back to me. The room had a musty smell. The air conditioner was not working properly and was extremely loud. The pool was closed the entire time and we were told that we weren't allowed to use the pools for the other buildings. I was not properly reimbursed for the amount we agreed upon. I made several attempts to get reimbursed through the property manager, but there was not answer there. I had to get the owner's phone number from the front desk. He assured me that he would rectify the situations and told me he would call me back. He did not. I reached out to him again and was told the same thing. I received an email saying that more money would be refunded, but that money never showed up in my account. I spent countless hours of my vacation trying to deal with both VRBO and with the owner. My experience was a terrible one. I would not recommend staying with this owner.

Good location, close to beach and shops.

The condo itself was beautiful, very spacious, comfortable and well stocked. There were no washcloths but otherwise everything was great. The check in process was not good. The two young men at the front desk were not friendly and didn’t seem to like questions. Parking was awful. We arrived a couple hours early and could not park in our parking spot until exactly 4 PM. So we parked in the garage next door and paid the hourly rate but still got a parking ticket! It’s a total scam. The security guard chased people down and harassed them if they came from the beach and used the regular elevators. If you were carrying a towel they said you must use the service elevator. The pool was closed so we weren’t able to use it. We found the other residents to also be unfriendly. The unfriendliness of the the building staff was a negative for us. But again, the condo itself was beautiful. There is great park for kids very close by and the beach was a short 5 minute walk away.

Great condo right across the street from the beach. My only complaint is a lack of unit information. There was no welcome packet with local information such as beach access locations or popular local restaurants. The parking spot for this unit was a lot closer than I initially thought but I had to figure out the best way to access the parking garage. Again, no information was given to make this easier. The shower was not my favorite but it got the job done. Overall, the unit was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
