Clean, convenient and comfortable
The kitchen utensils, particularly cutlery, were lacking - only 5 forks and two teaspoons for example
The shower rail in the first floor shared bathroom was broken - the shower head height could not be adjusted

Very Clean rooms and maintained to a high standard, which I find impressive with such high usage being on booking.com.
The crisp white bedding was flawless, zero stains or mess. Very comfortable bedding would go as far as to say home from home.
The property itself has been very stylishly fitted out making it welcoming and pleasant to be in. It has Plenty of space in all aspects both the communal areas and room.
off road parking is an absolute bonus.
Throughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be using this property again.

Only point I could suggest. When entering via the rear access lighting was a little poor.
Especially this time of year.
