Polecam jako dobra baza wypadowa na narty w okolicy
Mieszkanie na pierwszym piętrze. Dom zawiera wiele mieszkań. Bezproblemowe parkowanie i dobra lokalizacja na wyjazdy na narty do Leogang/Saalbach czy też oczywiście w Marii Alm. Blisko dobrze zaopatrzony sklep. Spacery z psem w okolicy też dogodne. Kontakt z lokalnym gospodarzem bezproblemowy i sympatyczny. Elastyczne podejście do czasu przyjazdu/odjazu. Wygodne łóżka i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia też na plus.
W kuchni brakuje trochę powierzchni w szafkach i blatów roboczych, jak jesteśmy nastawieni na samodzielne gotowanie. Również małe grzejniki elektryczne mają problem z ogrzaniem kubatury mieszkania, gdy jest istotne zimno na zewnątrz. W budynku nie ma ogrzewanego miejsca do przechowywania butów narciarskich i nart.
