I highly recommend the beautiful apartment with the stunning view and the generosity of the hosts.

1) The apartment was simply stunning: spacious, beautifully decorated, everything looked new. The kitchen was well-equipped. The shower room was large and spacious with 2 sinks, a spacious shower, and even a sauna. There were lots of hangers in the apartment. It seems that the owner of the apartments (there are 2 apartments in the complex, and I also got to see the second apartment) invested a lot and spared no expense: an electric towel dryer, an excellent quality electric stove in the kitchen (the food heated up really quickly), lighting above the counter, and more. 2) The day after our arrival, the host came to us again especially to bring us dish soap and body soap that were missing. Also, following our statement that we would be happy with another roll of toilet paper, the next day a package with many rolls was waiting outside one of the apartments. We greatly appreciated the generosity of the hosts, and the fact that they informed us that we could access the basement where supplies such as towels, toilet paper, etc. were stored. 3) The house is located on a mountain, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. 4) The children enjoyed the TV in the children's room and Netflix (from experience in other B&Bs in Austria, not all hosts provide Netflix or another quality provider). 5) You can travel from the apartment to many attractions in the area.

1) one friend who was sleeping with her daughter in other room, told me the next day that she wouldn't sleep at night because there were a lot of mosquitoes (even though there are nets on the windows). My children also mentioned that there were mosquitoes in their room, so starting that night they moved to sleep in my room, where for some reason there were no mosquitoes. In retrospect, when we informed the host, he pulled mosquito repellent out of the balcony for us. That day we manually killed all the mosquitoes we saw (surprisingly, mosquitoes in Austria are apparently dormant, because they are easy to catch) and sprayed a little in the morning before we went for a walk. It turns out that it helped, because my friend mentioned that she has been sleeping well since then. So my recommendation is that as soon as you arrive at the apartment, do a mosquito "hunter" before you go to bed, and the next day spray a little in the balcony area, thus preventing any mental anguish. 2) The house is located on a mountain, and compared to another B&B we stayed at later, it is a bit far (at least "mentally") from a settlement. That is, anyone looking for a bakery or supermarket within walking distance will not find it. Although we always drove through the town nearby, we didn't really visit it (unlike another B&B, where we really experienced the town in terms of shopping and attractions). 3) There are no "amusement" facilities for children in the complex, such as a trampoline, bikes, or animals. As mentioned, our children really enjoyed watching Netflix, and it kept them busy while we cooked, and after dinner.

Fantastic

Very peaceful and quiet. Views were amazing. Location was central to where we wanted to go (Innsbruck, Salzburg, Zell Am See and Grossglockner High Alpine Road). Very friendly old lady that will welcome you when you arrive. Apartment was very clean and had all the equipment. Washing machine and dryer in the basement.

Great place at good value for money

Spacious apartment, well equipped, sauna included. Very clean. Washing mashine and dryer available onsite.

Everything was great. Mind however the location which is several hundred metres steep uphill. No problem if you are fit or have a 4x4 car, but worth knowing.

Superb

Te apartment is super spacious, it fits easily 6 people! Also the sauna is a welcome facility after a day on the slopes. If there is enough snow one could actually (offpiste) down to the accomodation.

Availability of pots and pans was limited.

Raus aus der Stadt und rein ins idyllische Sonnenberg

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön. Die Ausstattung ist super. Die Einrichtung geschmackvoll. Viele Schränke zum verstauen. Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist ein Traum. Die Vermieter sind mega freundlich und man fühlt sich sofort sehr willkommen. Uns fehlte es an nichts!

Fantastisch appartement met geweldig uitzicht.

Prachtig appartement voor 6 personen op de bovenste verdieping met groot balkon. Uitzicht is adembenemend. Het is een en al luxe in het appartement, het ontbreekt werkelijk aan niets. Hele goede (nieuwe) bedden. Hele mooie badkamer. Sonneheim ligt een stukje de berg op. Maria Alm ligt op 15 minuten lopen. Dienten en Saalfelden (grote inter Spar) op 15 minuten rijden met de auto. Prachtig gebied om je zomervakantie door te brengen. Je krijgt de Hochkonigcard gratis bij een boeking van het appartement. Onbeperkt gebruikt van de liften. Op de begane grond woont de moeder (88 jaar) van de eigenaar. Als je iets nodig hebt staat zij gelijk voor je klaar.

Leider enttäuschend :((

Sauna und Dusche - aber wir waren nur zu zweit, für die Höchstzahl (Apartment für 8 Personen) wäre das zu klein und wenig gewesen… Die Aussicht ist grandios.

An die Sauberkeit muss noch gearbeitet werden :O Die Matratze sind sehr unbequem. Alle Duvets/Kissen aus Feder :O - das ist Tierquälerei!!! Wir mussten mit Kinderdecken/-kissen schlafen, die waren wenigstens Polyester/Baumwolle.

الشقة واسعة جداً تحتوي على ثلاث غرف نوم مؤثثه اثاث نظيف ومرتب وكل غرفه فيها تلفزيون ذكي المطبخ متكامل بجميع ادوات الطبخ الحمام واسع وبه ساونا الاطلاله من البلكونه خياليه وممتعه يوجد غرفة غسيل متكامله غساله ومجفف بالدور السفلي قريب من السكن سوبر ماركت دقائق معدوده بالسيارة اصحاب السكن لطيفين ومتعاونين جداً الأم ماريا قلبها أبيض ومحترمه جداً وحديثها ما يمل منه ودعتنا بالدموع جلسنا خمس أيام وتمنينا لو كان وقتنا يسمح ونجلس مده اطول

- im Badezimmer kein Duschvorgang und kaum Möglichkeiten seine Handtücher aufzuhängen - keine Gästemappe mit Informationen zum Aufenthalt
