Efficient booking system, check in ahead of time, easy communications and directions ahead of the stay.
Member of staff who greeted us was rather rude. Our flight had been delayed, I have updated our arrival time on line as requested to do if circumstances changed. However when we arrived (40 mins after our initial expected time but within the updated time) we were virtually told off and made to feel v uncomfortable. The next morning we went to reception to request extra sheet, we waited and rang bell but no response, so we went back later in the afternoon. We were told that such requests should have been made in the morning, we explained we had tried and were told that in this instance they would do it as a favour. We do not consider this a favour but basic customer service. Its a shame as otherwise the stay was perfect and the apartment lovely.

Excellent location with lovely views, two nice and clean bathrooms, spacious dinning and sitting area. Vaccum and cleaning items are available for each flat
I didn't like the bedrooms furnitures old and not clean cloth closets also bad pillows and a bit fealthy bed sheets and covers. Size of the rooms is very small specially one of the rooms very very small and dull coz no windows as it is on the internal corridor side. The lightening in the apartment very few and dull some broken bulbs we asked for a replacement not done. Also one washing machine and dryer for the building not enough. We stayed in flat no 3 ground floor,If renovated it would be great.

De locatie was top. Dicht bij de lift en midden in het dorp. Ook was het appartement ruim en voorzien van voldoende bestek/borden etc. Ook keuken mooi ruim.
Een wat dikker dekbed was fijn geweest.
