I would not come back here if the neighbor is still there. Only good thing about this place is locat

Good view and location of the house.

The neighbor right next door, which is the property owner. Every time you step outside or kids step outside, she's always comes out to look what you're doing. Very uncomfortable feeling. If you like being watched 24/7 and get reported for every little thing you do this is the place for you.
