About this house rental

Right on the sand, this home is an Ocean Front Paradise! Huge floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room with a sliding glass door leads out to the 250 sq ft deck that floats above the sand. 2 master suites in the main house enjoy the same incredible beach and ocean views. Kitchen remodel features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances & indoor laundry area. Gorgeous dark wood flooring further enhances this lovely home. Bathrooms have been remodeled with new flooring, painting & counter tops. There is a separate apartment featuring another bedroom, bathroom, living room & kitchenette. A lovely courtyard with terra cotta tile flooring connects the two living spaces. There is also an outdoor shower for a refreshing finish to a day on the beach.

This home is perfect for a family or small gathering of friends. There is no smoking and no pets are allowed. An outside camera and motion activated lights facing the street provide added security.

Celebrating my 50th bday with a few friends. The house was up to my standards clean. Communication via property owners was friendly and prompt. There’s nothing like enjoying a fire with waves crashing a few feet away. There are multiple good places to eat within a 5 minute walk. Enjoyed it thoroughly.

This property was immaculately clean and the kitchen well equipped. However, we couldn’t see the beach or access the beach due to a giant sand dune next to unit. The great room had large windows, as pictured, but only a view of a dune feet from the house. The “guest house” was dark, with shag carpet and narrow steep stairs between the upstairs bedroom and downstairs bathroom. There was an overpowering smell of air fresheners that we removed and then tried to air out the house. After clicking on the VRBO agreement, which committed us to the payment, we were later sent an 8 page contract by the owner which we feel we should have been shown before we made a financial commitment as, had we seen it initially, we might have selected a different property.

The location of the house is stunning and the house offers a lot - its a great place to stay at. With two adults and five teenagers it gets a bit crowded though as the standard setting of chairs and beds is for six. However we enjoyed our short stay at the beachhouse a lot, only afterwards when we found our insurance was to be used for a stain that was already there upon our arrival we found it slightly clouded. However I can recommend the wonderful dunes a lot! I was

We had 6 buddies staying for a weekend. Everything was tidy and spacious. None of the nearby stays compete with the beach-backyard that this house offers! I would definitely recommend this house if you enjoy late nights on the beach.

We enjoyed three nights between Christmas and New Years with our four children and my parents (8 total). We all got comfortable and enjoyed the close proximity to the coast. Hosts were clear communicators and very accommodating. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

This property has evidently been remodeled several times. Although the newer portion needs new furniture, it is OK. The older portion does not have heat. Supposedly the kitchen has been remodeled, but the stove is so dirty that it set off the smoke alarms. Great location.

The house is well maintained but showing its age. There are several stairs that can be a challenge for elderly or children. Would have appreciated knowing in advance about the "sand highway " of trucks and toy haulers heading to and from the sand dunes which prevented our grandkids from playing by the water. However; given all the other great things about this home, we would stay here again without hesitation.

The place was even better than expected! The owners, Sal & Eva, were so easy to work with and super helpful. They respond quickly and it was nice to get to know them, through phone calls and chatting. They take pride in their home, and it shows! The house was very clean and is better than the pictures show. Check in and check out was seamless. The views are unobstructed and there is so much natural light the comes in. The bedrooms have really comfortable beds, nice linens and new flatscreen tvs. The bathrooms have been remodeled. The updated kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. We were able to cook a nice family dinner and loved that we could eat at the dining table, eat outside on the deck and also eat in the courtyard. Our family will definitely be back!

This beach house was everything and more that my family needed! Being right on the sand and water was very nice and the view was exceptional. Sal & Eva was very helpful and quick to respond with anything that I needed while there. I highly recommend this beach house, you will love it!

The property was as detailed in the listing, perfect for our needs. My sister and I stayed in the apartment and my 18 year old and her 4 friends stayed in the main house. The bedrooms and bathroom are really nice, the kitchen is large and fully stocked, the oven is fabulous. Dining room table spacious, love all the windows in the living room. Dark hard wood floors show your footsteps so we walked around in our socks keeping it pretty clean. Outside in the courtyard, there is a bird that serenaded us every couple of hours, it was like being in Hawaii or a rain forest cause there are tropical plants out there, we could never find him but he does let you sleep at night. I would recommend the house to others.

We loved our stay here! The home was the perfect size for our family and was so thoughtfully planned out for guests with many small touches and details provided. We loved sitting on the deck and then being able to step right out onto the sand. The evenings were comfy spent in front of the electric fireplace playing games, reading or watching tv. Having a real fire on the beach was an extra special perk. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready to cook our food in. We loved this home so much and truly hated to leave. Sal and Eva, thank you for making your beautiful home available for others to enjoy. We definitely will be back!
