Right on the sand, this home is an Ocean Front Paradise! Huge floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room with a sliding glass door leads out to the 250 sq ft deck that floats above the sand. 2 master suites in the main house enjoy the same incredible beach and ocean views. Kitchen remodel features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances & indoor laundry area. Gorgeous dark wood flooring further enhances this lovely home. Bathrooms have been remodeled with new flooring, painting & counter tops. There is a separate apartment featuring another bedroom, bathroom, living room & kitchenette. A lovely courtyard with terra cotta tile flooring connects the two living spaces. There is also an outdoor shower for a refreshing finish to a day on the beach.

This home is perfect for a family or small gathering of friends. There is no smoking and no pets are allowed. An outside camera and motion activated lights facing the street provide added security.

Celebrating my 50th bday with a few friends. The house was up to my standards clean. Communication via property owners was friendly and prompt. There’s nothing like enjoying a fire with waves crashing a few feet away. There are multiple good places to eat within a 5 minute walk. Enjoyed it thoroughly.

This property was immaculately clean and the kitchen well equipped. However, we couldn’t see the beach or access the beach due to a giant sand dune next to unit. The great room had large windows, as pictured, but only a view of a dune feet from the house. The “guest house” was dark, with shag carpet and narrow steep stairs between the upstairs bedroom and downstairs bathroom. There was an overpowering smell of air fresheners that we removed and then tried to air out the house. After clicking on the VRBO agreement, which committed us to the payment, we were later sent an 8 page contract by the owner which we feel we should have been shown before we made a financial commitment as, had we seen it initially, we might have selected a different property.

The location of the house is stunning and the house offers a lot - its a great place to stay at. With two adults and five teenagers it gets a bit crowded though as the standard setting of chairs and beds is for six. However we enjoyed our short stay at the beachhouse a lot, only afterwards when we found our insurance was to be used for a stain that was already there upon our arrival we found it slightly clouded. However I can recommend the wonderful dunes a lot! I was

We had 6 buddies staying for a weekend. Everything was tidy and spacious. None of the nearby stays compete with the beach-backyard that this house offers! I would definitely recommend this house if you enjoy late nights on the beach.

We enjoyed three nights between Christmas and New Years with our four children and my parents (8 total). We all got comfortable and enjoyed the close proximity to the coast. Hosts were clear communicators and very accommodating. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

This property has evidently been remodeled several times. Although the newer portion needs new furniture, it is OK. The older portion does not have heat. Supposedly the kitchen has been remodeled, but the stove is so dirty that it set off the smoke alarms. Great location.

We had a fun time staying at this beach house. It has lots of pleasurable amenities and communication with the owners was easy and productive. We did not realize that the number of cars driving on the beach would make sitting and playing with kids impractical down by the water. That was the only drawback with this property for us. The most incredible thing that happened for us while we were there was seeing a pod of whales feeding off shore. We could easily see them lifting their tails and sticking their heads out of the surf. We’d never experienced anything like that before.

Amazing view. Cleanliness less than satisfactory. Towels smelled of smoke and house had a bad odor. When we went to open the windows the screens were caked with sand and also the door and window tracks. Cigarette ashes were scattered in the inner court yard. If you drive anything larger than a smart car you cannot park at the residence and will need to park the next street over. The owner was attentive to our complaints and said she would refund some of our money due to the inconvenience, but we are a month out and have yet to see a refund or our deposit back.

I was completely disappointed and felt that what we paid for was not nearly what it was worth. To start, some of the information that was emailed was unclear, for example when to put out the garbages. One email said Tuesday, the other said Friday. The appearance of the place was dirty and dated. We found food in the refrigerator, cobwebs and spiders, stained furniture and bedding, sand on the floor, a slide door that doesn’t lock, unstable deck, extremely dirty windows to say the least. In the main house the kitchen and bathrooms were updated but the carpet was old and stained. They provided limit supplies of toilet paper and paper towels, so we had to purchase more. The additional detached room was dated and had extremely steep steps not to mention a ripped screen door. The owner’s seemed kind when I spoke to them upon arriving because we couldn’t hook onto their WiFi nor could we utilize the tv, but when I mentioned that the refrigerator was not cold enough she said there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator even though other renters had complained and that I had to wait until the next day for it to get cold. That’s after we had purchased groceries. That added initial stress upon arriving concerning our perishable foods. Finally, there were limited outlets to charge our electronically devices and some of the lamp did not have working light bulbs. Also I didn’t feel the proper precautions were taken regarding the covid guidelines. My suggestion for the owners would be to find a different company to clean the house and make sure everything is in good working condition and to restore all programmed devices. During our stay, we did have a chance to look at some of the other rentals in the same area which were priced the same but provided so much more quality living space. Therefore we will not be returning to this rental.

We visit Pismo every year. This is the first time we have stayed in a home on the Sand. So relaxing. Views are beautiful. Home is pretty much how described. Kitchen had everything we needed, dining table sat 7 people. At the end of the day it is a beach house. Parking was not a problem. Super quiet neighborhood.

The longer you stay, the more you are willing to overlook a few things that could use improvement. The bedding was fresh and cozy, the bathrooms are updated, the towels are nice, the views are beautiful, and the location is fantastic. I think that at first we were surprised because the photos are awesome but they do not show the main entry into the courtyard and kitchen. FYI, when you are in the kitchen you cannot see the ocean, it's in a lower-level space behind the living area. We did not realize that from the pictures and we spent quite a bit of time cooking. Overall, it was a great stay and sitting on the deck was heaven. We did not utilize the guest house but it is also clean and has a nice bathroom and linens, etc. However, it is not a space that you would want to spend any time in, except to sleep. Also, Sal was very attentive to our request to fix a broken lock on one of the entry doors the first night we arrived.

Very nice ocean front property with good location near Pismo dunes and short drives around the area. Quiet street. The property offers everything is needed from the large well equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms! The adjacent unit to the house was perfect for our college student to have her own and even our car had its spot inside garage protecting it from most of the sand dust. Communication with the owners was prompt and honest. Thank you Sal and Eva!!!

Sal and Evas home was amazing and perfect for us to use for working while the kids can do their home schooling. The house was very clean and had all of the necessary amenities. Sal and Eva was very accommodating and responded very quickly to our needs. There were very little vehicle traffic while we were there. The location is close to shopping and was extremely convenient. Loved our stay and will be coming back!
