Cozy vacation rental with a terrace!
Welcome to the “Residenz am Rosengarten” on Wangerooge! With its central location, you can enjoy a wonderfully relaxing vacation here—for up to two people.
The vacation rental is just under 30 m² and features a living/sleeping area with an integrated kitchen, a separate bathroom, and a terrace. The tasteful decor creates an atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
You can enjoy cozy moments in the spacious living/sleeping area, which is furnished with a sofa, an armchair (both with built-in sleeper function), a TV, and a dining table, among other things.
The modern, high-quality sofa offers a comfortable place to sleep. It can be quickly and easily converted into a comfortable bed with its own mattress and slatted frame (sleeping area 160 x 200 cm).
For convenient self-catering, a fully equipped kitchen awaits you, featuring a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker.
Cozy patio furniture on the terrace invites you to relax. Sunshine and the refreshing North Sea air make a vacation on Wangerooge a real treat!
The rose garden and the village park surround the historic building. Both public gardens are wonderful places to take a stroll.
A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building.
Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the vacation rental. Pets are not allowed.
