Friendly apartment in a central location on the rose garden. Ideal for families with a dog. The 40 m² apartment for 2 adults and 2 children in the Villa Rosengarten has a bright and light-filled living and dining area with pull-out sofa bed.
A fully equipped kitchenette and a separate bedroom with a large (180 x 200 cm) double bed are next to the modern bathroom to this cozy apartment.
Dogs are welcome in this apartment. Villa Rosengarten is located in the center of Wangerooge. The shops, restaurants and sights are in the immediate vicinity. The opposite Rosenpark is an oasis of peace and relaxation. The North Sea beach is only a few minutes walk. The skeleton of the sperm whale, the new tourist highlight of the island of Wangerooge is in the immediate vicinity.

Die Wohnung hält was die Fotos und die Beschreibung versprechen. Es ist eine moderne, kleine und saubere Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage zur Fußgängerzone, dem Rosengarten und zum wunderschönen Strand.
Der Service war hervorragend. Es erfolgte eine reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe.
Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das Bett was wir für zwei Erwachsene mit 1,40 m etwas eng und ziemlich hart fanden.
Ansonsten alles super.

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausreichend. Sehr zentral gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Die Matratze im Bett sollte gewechselt werden, da durchgelegen. Der Service von Immo Oog ist gut.

Die Wohnung wurde in einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand , weit vor der zugesagten Zeit übergeben. Übergabe und Abgabe der Schlüssel haben reibungslos funktioniert, die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich. Das Bett könnte etwas breiter sein und bei mehr als 2 Personen wird es mit den Schränken knapp. Für uns reichte es allemal. Grundsätzlich waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden erneut dort buchen.
