In the basement with its own terrace and lawn in absolute silence spend the holidays In the basement of the house Robby is the individually designed 3-bedroom apartment.
Our apartment is located in a prime location. This DTV 3 star classified apartment is located just 1 street below the promenade, where you will be 'at home'.
On 58 m² living space is for 5 people, 1 infant up to 3 years (cot) + 1 dog rest preprogrammed.
The apartment includes 1 living-dining room with a 160x200 fold-out bed sofa in the alcove, a large satellite TV, integrated DVD player and audio system round off the cozy living area. A high-gloss kitchen with a cozy seating area. 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 single, both with TV), a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine.
A 6x1,50m wide south-facing terrace gives a view of the house-own adjacent garden.
As the apartment in the basement and ground floor belongs to the same owners, it is possible to accommodate large families of up to 9 people and 2 small children up to 3 years at the same time! The apartment
The house "Robby" is located in 2. Row directly below the beach promenade, only about 100 meters from the main beach and just a few steps from Wangerooges main shopping and restaurant, the Zedeliusstraße. The perfect location for a relaxing holiday.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen - nue wenige Minuten zum Strand und zur "City" und trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Die Einrichtung ist hell und modern, alles war sauber. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt!!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Es war sauber und gut gelegen.
Der Außenbereich sollte etwas gemütlicher gestaltet werden, sodass man da besser verweilen könnte. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.

Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Der Service von ImmoOog ist auch sehr gut.
Die Wohnung war mit vielen Ausnahmen gut ausgestattet:
Die Heiztherme für das ganze Haus ist viel zu laut, wenn sie angeht.
Vor allen Dingen, wenn nebenan das Schlafzimmer der Kinder ist.
Der Toilettendeckel wackelt extrem und die Toilette an sich ist auch zu hoch.
Nur eine angebrochene Toilettenpapierrolle sowie zwei Geschirrspülmaschinentabs wurden bereitgestellt (Das sind "Pfennigartikel").
Die Betten sind durchgelegen - zu weich und in der Mitte fällt man in ein Loch.
Der Garten ist voller Katzenkot - man konnte den drei ständig anwesenden Katzen sogar dabei zusehen.
Es roch auch nach Katzenurin im Garten.
Eines Tages regnete es auch Haare vom Balken über uns, als dort sauber gemacht wurde.
Insgesamt haben wir daher weder unsere Kinder im Garten spielen lassen, noch haben wir auf der Terrasse zum Essen oder Zusammensein sitzen können.
Es gab nur eine Restmülltonne, keine gelbe oder blaue Tonne.
