About this apartment rental

Family apartment for 4 adults and 2 children. The 55 m² apartment for 4 adults and 2 children in the Villa Rosengarten has a bright and light-filled living and dining area with comfortable seating area.
A fully equipped kitchenette and 2 separate bedrooms with large (200 x 200 cm) double bed and a children's bedroom with bunk beds are next to the modern bathroom to this cozy family apartment. Dogs are welcome in this apartment. Villa Rosengarten is located in the center of Wangerooge. The shops, restaurants and sights are in the immediate vicinity. The opposite Rosenpark is an oasis of peace and relaxation. The North Sea beach is only a few minutes walk. The skeleton of the sperm whale, the new tourist highlight of the island of Wangerooge is in the immediate vicinity.

Sauber, ordentlich, gut eingerichtet, in Fußnähe zur Fußgängerzone. Ein klitzekleiner, aber wirklich kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, das nur ein Badezimmer, bzw. eine Toilette vorhanden ist, da die Wohnung für bis zu zwei Familien ausgerichtet ist. Sonst alles bestens!

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Kind 4 Tage hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kurze Wege zu den beiden Supermärkten, man ist schnell auf der "Hauptstraße" und zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Außerdem eine sehr kurze Entfernung zum Bahnhof, so dass es kein Problem ist mit dem Gepäck zur Wohnung zu laufen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolle Lage, allerdings ohne Balkon.Dafür hundefreundlich. Viele Schlafgelegenheiten. Leider fehlen in der Wohnung ein paar praktische Dinge wie Sieb, scharfes Messer, Müslischalen, etc. Ansonsten immer gerne wieder.

WLAN funktionierte fast die gesamte Zeit nicht Toilettenanschluss undicht Waschbeckenabfluss verstopft Dusche mit Schimmel in den Fugen und im Silikon Tapete in der gesamten Wohnung beschädigt Lampen teilweise ohne Abdeckung / defekt Die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig, dadurch fühlte sich die gesamte Wohnung schäbig an Ich würde diese Wohnung (!) nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen am Telefon waren hilfsbereit, allerdings wirkten sie auch etwas hilflos...

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, im Grunde ist die Ferienwohnung ganz in Ordnung. Die Größe und Lage sind gut, es war auch alles toll sauber und ordentlich. Leider ist die Ausstattung der "Küche" nicht so doll. Vielen Dank und freundliche Grüße M.Quistorf
