About this apartment rental
High-quality, child-friendly Mariehus vacation rental, tastefully furnished and equipped with the latest technology. The vacation rental measures 86 m² and accommodates 6 people. It spans two levels and is located on the first floor and basement of “Residenz Helena,” an 8-unit apartment building:
The first floor features a fully equipped, modern built-in kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as cooking utensils and dishes. Children’s cutlery and dishes are also provided. The dining area has 8 chairs and a dining table. The living/bedroom features a corner sofa set with high-quality leather upholstery. It converts into a bed with a cold-foam mattress (160 cm), which ensures optimal pressure distribution and relief for the spine. A flat-screen TV is available for a cozy evening of TV. The living room features an electric fireplace—a “must-have,” especially during the cold season. There is also one bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as one bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed and a flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player. Relaxation and luxury in the in-house wellness area: a spacious bathroom with a sauna and a large shower, where you can cool off with a refreshing shower between sauna sessions. The apartment is suitable for small children, as the stairs are equipped with safety gates.
The covered and wind-protected balcony features 6 garden chairs and two garden tables. A beach chair is available in the small garden for sunbathing. Pets are allowed upon request. Especially important for internet users: free Wi-Fi! All rooms are equipped with blackout curtains.
