Ein sehr ruhig gelegenes Apartment in einem 2 Familien Haus ohne Durchgangsverkehr und nicht weit vom Strand gelegen.
Diese Wohnung wurde vor einigen Jahren grundsaniert und in der Folge auf dem Stand gehalten. Wir waren 2023 zum 20. mal dort

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft auf Wangerooge. Gute, klare Ausstattung.Gute Lage zu Geschäften und Strand. Die Fa. Immo Oog betreut das Objekt sehr gut.

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Allein die Tatsache, dass wir in diesem Jahr das 19.! Jahr hier waren und auch für die nächsten 2 Jahre wieder gebucht haben sagt eigentlich alles. Da diese Wohnung sich in einem 2-Familienhaus befindet und die Vermieter davon eine Wohnung bewohnen, ist es sehr ruhig. wir kommen wieder!! Die Betreuung durch die Agentur Immo-Oog war professionell, hilfsbereit und freundlich, muß ich unserer Bewertung noch hinzufügen.

Die Wohnung ist nicht nur bestens ausgestattet, sondern auch ausgesprochen gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, zumal auch die Besitzer, die im Haus wohnen, sehr nett sind und uns sogar Gemüse aus dem Garten angeboten haben. Bei einem neuerlichen Aufenthalt auf der Insel würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit wieder anmieten. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur war sehr freundlich und hat reibungslos geklappt. Abschreckend ist allerdings der immense Renovierungsstau an den öffentlichen Gebäuden. Da muss die Gemeinde Wangerooge dringend Erhebliches tun, um nicht von anderen Inseln abgehängt zu werden. Auch der unfreundliche Ton in den Geschäften ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.
