Excellent location, very clean apartment with modern furnishings, good value for money. Big plus is the balcony. Would definitely recommend if staying in the Old Town in Riga.

The apartment was clean, quiet, and centrally located.

It was difficult to figure out how to get in, since there are two entries with the same address. And the parking! The host told us if we parked between the two signs, we wouldn't be charged. Instead, we got a 53 euro ticket. The next night I downloaded the europark app and paid for parking. Another 53 euro ticket. And our bumper was knocked off by drunken revelers. I asked the host what to do -- no response. Finally put the car in a garage a kilometer away. And there is no way to pay the tickets -- the machines won't take my credit card, the website has been bought by the Chinese.
