Vi sono dei locali che mettono musica fino a notte fonda proprio sotto casa. Gli infissi hanno però un' ottima insonorizzazione

Ļoti laba lokācija . Plašs dzīvoklis.Kontakts ar saimnieku ļoti ātrs.Piekļuve atslēgām elementāra.Liels TV, pietiekoši trauku virtuvē.
Ar lielo koferi pa kāpnēm diezgan grūti,3 stāvs. Diemžē zem logiem vairāki krodziņi,ballītes notiek lidz rītausmai,aizmigt praktiski neiespējami, ja nav līdzi ausīs bāžamo. Trūka virtuves dvieļu,prasās vismaz vienreizējie.Būtu labi,ja ieliktu mikroviļņu krāsni.Palika iespaids,ka paši saimnieki ilgāku laiku dzīvoklī nav bijuši,tikai uzkopēji.Dažādi līdzekļi bija tukši,vai arī pustukši. Veļasmašīnas lietošanai ieteiktu vismaz pāris kapsulas atstāt, jo ne visi grib uzreiz doties pulveri pirkt.Dīvānu derētu nomainīt,ļoti neērts.
