This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms Townhouse is located in the city of Palm Coast in what is known as the "Seminole Woods." The home is spacious enough for the whole family, up to 8 people, and there is a place for everyone! Very comfortable living room with 55 Roku-TV with Netflix, and Hulu apps, 50 Roku-TV in the Master bedroom, a big dining table, very comfortable kitchen, equipped with a microwave, full-size fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc. The nearest beautiful beach Jungle Hut park is just 5 miles away! The popular Flagler beach is 10 miles away. The Historical city of St. Augustine with the oldest downtown and great Castillo San Marcos is 25 miles away. And Disney World in Orlando is close by.
All 3 adult bedrooms were supplied with new King-size very comfortable mattresses! Can you believe it!? The Master bathroom has a spacious shower. Your children will be thrilled to see their parrots' bedroom with their own Roku TV and 2 twin beds; beds that could work for adults as well - provided they want to sleep on a twin. The home is spacious enough for the whole family, up to 8 people, and there is a place for everyone!

Other amenities included: a washer and dryer, beach towels, bath towels, bedding, blankets, linens, hairdryer, ironing board, etc

The neighborhood is quiet so that guests can relax and recharge. The home is located 10 miles from Flagler Beach and 30 miles from Daytona Beach. Popular attractions like the Daytona International Speedway, historical St. Augustine, and Disney World in Orlando are close by. There's something for everyone staying on Palm Coast!
IMPORTANT: We are not providing a garage space as an amenity. The City of Palm Coast is strict about parking in residential areas. No commercial trucks or trailers, RVs, or Boats are allowed. The parking is limited by 4 cars.
If you will park more than 2 cars on the driveway, please park them as a tandem. Don’t park on the lawn or on the street! It’s strict. It’s a violation to park vehicles in the street and it’s a violation to park in the right of way (swale) between the hours of 1 am-6 am.

This was my third year going to the Daytona 500. In years past we got a cheap hotel but decided since there was five of us going it would be cheaper just to get this due to the fact that it was close to the track and closer to other people who are coming from the north while a few were coming from Ft Myers Area. Overall the house was amazing. Check in and check out were simple. The place had just what we needed to sleep and were enough room to park. The host was amazing in responses and we had no issues! We are looking forward to booking this next year for the next Daytona 500!.

This property was even better in person then in the pictures, extremely clean and so very comfortable. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and made this so simple plus easy to do. Will definitely look for future properties to rent!!!
