Our newly renovated 2003 sq. ft. spacious condo features 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms all with tub/shower combo with removable shower heads. Our condo features free wifi and premium cable TV. When you stay with us you will also have a personal, private front door access code for your safety. The view from the large balcony is a beautiful and peaceful lake view, with ocean views to the side. The ocean is steps away with several walkover options. Our community offers 2 large heated pools, one is a quiet adults only pool with ocean views and the other is a lakeside family pool equipped with a beach entry, a baby pool, and a super fun kids splash zone park. At the community pools you will also find an adults game lounge with large tables, pool tables, tv, and couches to relax. Your kids will have a blast in the kids game room playing foosball, air hockey, or playing with the games provided in the room. Want to workout on your vacation? You can work up a sweat in the fully equipped gym located by the lakeside pool. While you enjoy these amenities, stop by the Cinnamon Beach Grill and relax with one of the many cocktails offered, or a delicious lunch. Conveniently located 10 minutes from Flagler Beach and 25 minutes from Historic St. Augustine. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood every year since 2021- and this is the first time we have stayed in this condo. It was a corner unit, so it was much bigger than the last one we’ve stayed in. Communication with the owner was great, she was very helpful and very responsive. Condo had everything our family of four could need, and it was great to come back to at night after a long day on the beach and an extremely long day in Orlando. 10/10, would book this condo again. There was room for about 8 people - twice what we had! There was more than enough room.

This is a beautiful condo with every amenity available. The host gave very detailed instructions for our stay with suggestions for local restaurants. This is a very clean and well maintained property. Excellent resort for families and the beach is not crowded. Highly recommend!!!

This unit is super spacious for a large family. and it overlooks the water on the backside where the balcony is. The place was super clean and very comfortable. It had all the amenities. We had a great time here and it’s a super short walk over to the beach. We love cinnamon beach. You won’t be disappointed if you book it!

Property is beautiful and just as described in the listing. Owner was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. The beach is a little rocky and probably not great for ocean swimming, but the pools are awesome and we love it there. Highly recommend!
