To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay, please note the following:

Check-Out: 10:00 AM

We ask that the primary guest be 25 years or older. Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors. No parties or events are permitted. We welcome dogs with prior approval, a fee of $100 per pet applies, with a maximum of two small dogs (Weight limit: 25 pounds per dog). Pet waste fee: $250 will be charged if pet waste is found anywhere on the property. The wood-burning firepit is available for guest use, but guests are required to bring their own firewood for their stay. Please obtain approval for any early check-ins or late check-outs. The thermostat should not be set below 68°F. We expect guests to respect our home and rules; significant violations may result in additional charges for damages or extra cleaning.

Before you leave, please throw away trash, turn off lights and appliances, and lock up using the smart lock. We appreciate your cooperation and hope you enjoy your time at The Palmetto.
