It is a beautiful property and condo was nice. However, tub drains very, very slow and ice maker doesn't work correctly. It stays frozen up and ice doesn't fall. You will need to buy ice. If planning to cook, bring containers with lids. There isn't any. Dryer doesn't dry clothes timely. It takes 3 complete cycles to dry towels. Hope this will help to get some things fixed for the next guests because it is a nice condo.

Rented this property for a mother/daughter weekend with pre-teens. 2nd floor unit, elevator if needed. Easy drives down the A1A to Flagler, Daytona and St. Augustine. Publix less then 1 mile away. Unit had ice cold air conditioning if you wanted. Spent the day at the pool with a full service grill you could order from for a quick snack or meal. Would stay here again.

the only problem that we had with the condo was that the sink in the bathroom did not drain properly and the kitchen sink leaked when you filled it with water. other than that everything else was great
