Come relax and enjoy the refreshing breezes from this Mediterranean style pool home located directly on the picturesque 13th hole of Palm Harbor Golf Club. Completely remodeled and updated with new furnishings in every room and a kitchen with all the modern day conveniences. A brand new grill and a welcoming screened in patio dining set await many family gatherings. Watch tv from within the screened in patio or lounge around on the new outdoor patio furniture. After playing a round of golf take a swim in the large 16X32 electric heated salt water pool or relax in the large screened in lanai enjoying the fresh breezes. There are four new bicycles to ride through the many trails in Palm Coast. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Flagler county all within 10 minutes of the house. Close to shopping, restaurants, the European Village and many bike paths to enjoy.
The home offers four bedrooms, three have queen size beds and one with a bunk bed consisting of a full and a twin on the top. The Master bedroom has a master bath, 43 inch smart HDTV and a small room adjacent to it featuring a baby crib and a pack and play. Each of the other three bedrooms have 32 inch smart TVs.
On lazy days or nights you can enjoy the large 55 inch smart HDTV located in both the living room and family room. There are a few games, ping pong table and pool toys located in the garage for everyone to use. There is also free WI-FI throughout the house.
The house is conveniently located approximately 30 minutes from St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. We are also about 90 minutes from Disney world and Theme Parks.

This is a great home. Everyone had a wonderful time and praised its appearance. Home is very spacious and has areas where one can have some privacy. The children who visited us had a wonderful time in the pool. Even our two pets had a wonderful time.

Great location!
Home has lots of space.
Nice pool.
Golf course view is absolutely beauty.
Lots of beach & pool gear, baby & infant stuff and other nice amenities.
However, the home is quite old and dated.
Blinds were broken.
Bad lighting in kitchen.
Air vents dirty.
Shower door-frame had grime and mildew.
Windows & sliding glass doors hard to open. Slight foul smell in the foyer area as you enter.
Plant & flower beds full of weeds.
Several rips in the dome-screen over the pool (most, but not all repaired with mesh tape).
Coffee maker needed cleaning.
Exhaust fan in hallway bath did not work.
We arrived after dark and no lights were on outside and/or at the front entry door. There is a dangerous, slightly raised step as you approach the front door that was undetectable due to the darkness. I tripped on it and fell!
Fortunately, nothing broken and just a bad bruise on my head from hitting the tiled-concrete.
We visit family in Palm Coast several times a year, and have rented numerous VRBO properties. This is the first time that reviews by previous guests “let us down” and did not provide an adequate description as to the condition of the property.
The property is not gross! But, it needs a good bit of attention and repairs. A good deep-cleaning would make a big difference too.
