Each floor offers well-appointed seating areas and access to epic outdoor space. Take in a vibrant sunset while gathered on the patio overlooking the boardwalk, or walk through the French doors from the upstairs living room to relax on the second-floor balcony. The town of Oceanside provides the quintessential coastal experience with a charming harbor, historic wooden pier, and wide sandy beaches. Soak up the sun, surf the waves, or bike the strand a half-mile to the pier. The interior provides ample space for everyone to unwind and relax, cooled with central air. The downstairs living areas acts its one private retreat with comfortable seating, a lovely kitchenette, a dining table, and TV. Here, a unique door disguised as a bookshelf opens to the main entry with access to the top floor. The upstairs living area offers a wall of windows overlooking the Pacific, an inviting kitchen with counter seating for mealtimes, more seating area, and the upstairs primary bedroom with a lavish en suite bath that features a large vanity, jetted tub, and an oversized walk-in shower. A washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, a gas grill, beach chairs, and an umbrella are provided.

Every April and May, beach sand restoration takes place along The Strand. Beach access can be limited, views may be obstructed, and tractors will be there.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Love the beachfront the waves from the upper story we could see every morning while having coffee we love that there were separate quarters for our best friends !!All around great place to stay and close to everything 😊 we will definitely return .

The location and the size of the house are great but it needs work. The patio was full of weeds and the fire pit was rusted and falling apart. The outside of the home needs cleaning. The balcony furniture needs to be thrown out and the balcony cleaned. The railings are rusted and then painted over. The windows of the front of the house, both upstairs and downstairs don’t open so it gets stuffy. The master bedroom is in the back of the house with no airflow and only one window that opens. There is a ceiling fan that was helpful. There is no AC. The master bed is very high and difficult to get in if short. The internet did not work and the instructions on the website were wrong. I called, emailed and texted regarding the issue. They were supposed to send someone out the next day but never heard back. We reset the internet and it intermittently worked but not with the name that was given with check in and it was not a secure network. There are also some pictures of the owner’s children (I assume), which was a little odd. Overall, would not stay again. It is the least kept up of the properties on the north side of the strand. Choose one of the other properties unless it is only the location you are looking for.
