How comfortable the beds where
The tv didn’t work for most of the time and people stomping around and slamming the door almost all night long both night

Obviously amazing value for the location. I stayed in room #5 at 3205 N Calvert St, for 3 nights, which was one of at least 6 rooms with a shared bathroom. Although there were at least 6 rooms in total, the house was mostly quiet and the shared bathroom was available whenever I needed it.
The check-in was with a code and did not require coordination. Mike was responsive throughout.
Reasonably well-equipped: The room has a closet with a handful of hangers, two sets of single-use towels, and there is a small wall-mounted hair-dryer in the bathroom, as well as shampoo.
Check some details with Mike before booking -- the listing includes a private bathroom but this was not available during my stay. As expected with shared bathrooms, not everyone has the courtesy to clean it after use.

Clean nicely furnished
Couldn’t get out of bed on one side and bed extrethard. Steps up to house not easy for us older folks.
