Great location, walking distance from a lot of things! It was great to be a few steps away from McDonalds for breakfast! I also enjoyed being in the heart of the art district and MICA, much to see! Cleaner than expected! I enjoyed the size and set up of the room at most!
I only encountered a few issues during my stay. One was that the shower knob was already broken, and another was that the shower water would not stay hot.
My biggest concern, however, was the attitude of the staff during both check-in and check-out. I understand they may deal with difficult situations due to the location, but every guest should still be treated with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, I experienced the complete opposite. The process felt unnecessarily difficult, and I was made to feel uncomfortable regarding my own money and deposit, almost like a hostage to it. Overall, it was not a great feeling or experience.
