Everything was great and really enjoyed having a balcony. It was clean and well maintained
Some guests were just dirty. The way they would leave the bathroom was gross BUT that’s not the owners fault.

Area was very nice and had a lot of stores or food spots that were walking distance. The house itself was very clean and I had no issues with my room. Interactions with other housemates was very minimal but positive.
Nothing.

Location to JHU and surrounding neighborhood is probably the only really positive thing. Room and common areas were clean.
This property is completely mis-advertised. It is not an apartment. You are booking one of six bedrooms in what is effectively a boarding house. The ad also says that there are en-suite rooms, but I saw no evidence of this. Plan on only have access to one of two shared bathrooms. The property is also advertised as non-smoking, but there were other guests who were chain smoking in their rooms. This made the entry way, all shared areas, and ultimately my room reek of stale cigarette smoke.
