Clean
Guests sit on the front porch all hours of the day smoking weed. And non guests we’re allowed in and either sat in the foyer at 3:00 am or made loud conversation on the front porch and came in and out. The guest in unit 2 was also too nosey and knocked on our door at 4:00 for no reason.

Location to JHU and surrounding neighborhood is probably the only really positive thing. Room and common areas were clean.
This property is completely mis-advertised. It is not an apartment. You are booking one of six bedrooms in what is effectively a boarding house. The ad also says that there are en-suite rooms, but I saw no evidence of this. Plan on only have access to one of two shared bathrooms. The property is also advertised as non-smoking, but there were other guests who were chain smoking in their rooms. This made the entry way, all shared areas, and ultimately my room reek of stale cigarette smoke.
