Aangezien we er nooit zijn geweest, beviel er helemaal niks.
Bij aankomst is ons verteld dat deze plek helemaal niet voor ons geboekt is. Het vakantiepark heeft ons verteld dat deze plek helemaal niet aan hun park gekoppeld is en dat we zijn gescamt, ook dat er geen andere opties waren. Staan we dus om 19:30 buiten met twee kleine kinderen zonder slaapplek. Het account wat deze plek op booking heeft gezet heeft niks te maken met het daadwerkelijk huisje. Dikke scam dus.

Endroit très propre et environnement calme avec de jolis paysages
Jamais réservation ne fût si compliquée par manque de communication ou incohérences d'informations entre Booking, Belvilla et Hof van Zeeland. Quelle ne fût pas ma surprise de recevoir le matin même de notre arrivée un coup de fil du village de vacances m'indiquant que si nous n'étions pas là avant 13h il n'y aurait plus personne à la réception et que nous ne recevrions pas les clés car nous n'avions pas tout payé. Les informations figurant dans la confirmation reçue à la réservation étaient que les frais supplémentaires de nettoyage, taxe de séjour et linge de lit étaient à payer sur place et que l'arrivée pouvait se faire entre 15h et 17h. En rien comparable à la réalité donc et rien qui ne présage de pouvoir profiter sereinement de ce long weekend entre amis. D'autre part, dès la réservation j'ai mentionné que nous venions avec 3 petits chiens. Il a fallu une dizaine de jours avant d'obtenir une réponse concrète par rapport à cela. Enfin, au vu du prix payé, la cuisine aurait pu être équipée de manière un peu plus complète : des flûtes à champagne et un grille pain auraient par exemple été fort appréciés. Et pour couronner le séjour, la veille du départ ils ne manquent pas de m'envoyer un email avec toutes les tâches à accomplir en vue de notre départ (toutes choses que nous aurions fait spontanément comme défaire les lits, rendre la cuisine bien propre, toute vaisselle faite, poubelles sorties, etc...). J'aurais grandement apprécié recevoir les informations nécessaires pour notre arrivée à ma bonne adresse email plutôt que de me dire ce que je devais faire avant de partir !
