Fijn huisje op super locatie

Het huisje is zeer goed ingericht en erg handig om de extra badkamers te hebben. De locatie is super. Op wandelafstand van de zee en winkeltjes. Maar ook rustig gelegen met parkeermogelijkheid.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Die Lage und das große Grundstück. Die Parkplätze direkt bei der Unterkunft.

Es hätte sauberer sein können. Unter den Betten, auf dem Kühlschrank, auf der Abzugshaube und in den Lampen über dem Esstisch, müsste dringend, der Staub entfernt werden.

Hervorragend ausgestattet!!

Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet. Milchschäumer, Mixer, Mikrowelle, sehr grosser Kühl/Gefrierschrank usw. top!! Hervorzuheben sind die bereits bezogenen Betten, vorhandenes Toilettenpapier, Handwaschseife, Spüli und Kaffeekapseln für die Nespressomaschine. Die Terasse verfügt über 2 Chilllounges mit reichlich Auflagen , 2 Liegestühle, Tisch/Bankgarnitur, toll für eine Gruppe von Freunden. Dies gilt auch für den sehr grossen Tisch im Wohnzimmer.

Leider waren für uns die Matrazen viel zu weich, dies ist jedoch sicherlich eine individuelle Sache. Besser wäre es, wenn in dem hinteren Doppelzimmer mit Toilette eine Tür wäre. Für eine Gruppe ist diese sonst nur bedingt nutzbar.

Een perfecte plek om een fijne tijd te hebben dichtbij zee.

De locatie is perfect gelegen. Erg rustig en toch heel dicht in het centrum en bij het strand. Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. Alles is aanwezig. De host niet gezien maar wel zeer goed geïnformeerd. We waren met 4 volwassenen en meer dan voldoende ruimte. Een aanrader.

Eigenlijk niets, maar klein minpuntje was dat het wat gehorig is in huis.

Es war alles sehr, sehr gut 👍Es hat an nichts gefehlt!. Super Ausstattung! Schöne Einrichtung! Große Küche, SidebySide Kühlschrank uvm. Großer Tisch, ausreichend Geschirr, Mixer ....einfach alles da!

Minuspunkte war die Pizzaschachtel vom Vorgänger mit einer 1/4 Pizza oder vielleicht von der Putzfrau?? In den Ecken im Wohnzimmer einige tote Tierchen im Spinnennetz und Staub gefangen, die man leicht entfernen konnte! Leider ein strenger Geruch in den Schlafzimmern nach Abfluss/Kanal! ??

Entspannter Aufenthalt am Meer.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, Strand und Promenade von Cadzand-Bad mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus ist für 6 Personen großzügig ausgestattet; insbesondere Sitzmöglichkeiten, großer Esstisch und eine reichlich ausgestattete Küche machten den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist individuell eingerichtet mit netten Details und jenseits der modernen, überall gleichaussehenden Einrichtung in sonstigen Unterkünften. Toilettenpapier, Handseife an jedem Waschbecken, Spülmaschinentabs und Spüli waren vorhanden, was in vielen Ferienunterkünften keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Danke hierfür an die Gastgeberin.

Ungepflegter Bungalow

Gute Lage. Ruhige Seitenstraße. Ortskern innerhalb von 3 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.Strand knapp 10 Minuten entfernt. Aufteilung der Unterkunft/Räumlichkeiten gut.

Haus leider sehr ungepflegt. Alles staubig. Viele Mitbewohner ( Ameisen und Spinnen). Töpfe in der Küche teilweise mit eingebrannten Essensresten. Großer Garten mit Terrasse. Leider auch dort alles sehr unsauber und voller Spinnengewebe. Keinerlei Außenbeleuchtung .Sitzgruppe im Vorgarten nicht nutzbar, Armlehne lag daneben.Aufbewahrungsbox für Sitzauflagen nicht zu öffnen. Keine Putzutensilien ( Eimer, Mop,Besen, Kehrblech) . Nur ein Staubsauger vorhanden. Schade für das Haus. Mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnte das Ganze aufgewertet und ansprechender gestaltet werden.
