- good quality WiFi connection - a lot of kitchen equipment - a lot of towels, beach accessories - private garden - good air conditioning - nice bathroom
- oven did not work (or we could not use it) - we saw 3 times cockroaches in the apartment - loose curtain rods - the apartment furniture is fine, but quite old already (except bathroom) - a matter of preference - the bed mattress are very soft
