The property is located in an olive grove of 400 m2, enjoys full sun all day, with stunning views of the Port of Sóller. It consists of Ground Floor and two Floors with two large terraces equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers ... "Es Través" is a very quiet residential area with a wonderful combination of sea and mountains ....

It is a perfect place to celebrate holidays with family, group of friends, couples ... Relax on the comfortable terrace with BBQ and a good al fresco dinner watching the sunset on the horizon over the sea ... In First Line of the Sea you will find good Restaurants where you can taste fresh fish and good meats.

Only 3 min. Walking to the beach, you can also enjoy with its wooden tram that will take you to the town of Sóller.

Sóller is considered one of the most beautiful and romantic villages on the island, with its stone houses, orange trees ... You will also find good Restaurants and Cafes, the shopping street and your local market with fresh fish, meat, vegetables and fruit (especially on Saturday). Fornalutx is another charming town, and it has been considered the most beautiful in Spain.

Great place! Very spacious, clean, with all rooms well equipped… bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room.A very short 5 minute walk down to the harbor promenade with beaches, restaurants and stores. Villa owner communication was excellent.I highly recommend this villa!

Wonderful stay at La Oliva, huge house which had loads of room for our family of 8. Really well equipped with plenty of kitchen equipment, laundry facilities, bbq etc. There were also great kids toys for the beach. Bit of a steep walk from the town/beach but only took about 10 minutes and the reward was the view…..unbelievable. Really comfortable house, clean and welcoming, really from and helpful host, would definitely return!

The house is a beautiful half mile walk from the beach, coffee shops and bodegas. The pictures don’t do justice to the panoramic views from wrap around patio, bedrooms and living room. All-in-ll the stay exceeded our expectations.
