About this villa rental
Mallorcan villa with Mediterranean ambience and stunning views of the picturesque harbor, 3 bedrooms, one of them as a lounge with a magnificent panoramic view, 3 bathrooms, Wi-Fi 600Mb
Contemporary Mediterranean architectural style. Approximately 350 sqm constructed area on 2 floors, including terrace of 150sqm, 3 bedrooms, one of which is a viewing lounge with sofa and loungers, 3 bathrooms (2 upstairs, 1 en suite, one downstairs), spacious living and dining area with stunning views of the harbor and the sea, open kitchen with cooking island (SMEG, gas), BOSCH fridge/freezer and dishwasher, SMEG toaster and kettle, MIELE washing mashine and dryer, separate storage room, Central heating. All rooms have separate air conditioners. Harman Kardon Bluetooth Speaker in the living room, High quality, individual equipment with loving details.
Outdoor area with terrace and lounge, large dining table for 6 people and pool on the living area with outdoor kitchen, barbecue. Two shady dining areas on the large terrace and the pool with 4 or 6 places. From the terrace and upstairs unsurpassed panoramic views over the harbor and the sea and direct views of the sunset on the west coast.
The house is located on a hill in a quiet residential area/dead end about 400 m to the beach promenade. Relaxed parking situation in front of the house. Car recomended. Excellent restaurants within walking distance (6 minutes).
We can provide yoga mats and baby cots on request. Please note this on the enrolment form which you will receive after booking.
The property borders directly behind a large undeveloped nature reserve with pine forests and olive groves.
The house was just prepared for the rental and rebuilt generously and high quality.
The final cleaning is mandatory. We are happy to arrange a cleaning company for this.
Please note that in the high season (from April to October) Saturday is the day of arrival and Checkin. Bookings are only accepted on a weekly basis. Exceptions, although very rare, are sometimes possible on request. In the low season (November to March) the minimum booking is only 5 days, arrivals and departures are possible at any time.

The house has no lift and is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the exterior and interior stairs. We recommend suitcases that are not too big and heavy. The house has a free-access unheated swimming pool and an interior staircase without handrail, see photos. Children from 7 years on welcome, at own risk. For exceptions please consult us.
We recommend hiring a hire car, especially for families with children and older guests.

Just returned from a fantastic weeks stay in Port De Sóller. We have stayed as a family in various villas in the port over the years and Casa del Puerto is definitely our favourite. Situated on the side of a hill with lovely views of the port, in a very quiet area. The villa itself is very well equipped and maintained to a high standard and is extremely comfortable. Ulirke the property manager was there to greet us and talk us through things, she was very helpful. The pool area offered plenty of shade with awnings to the front (electric) and side. In my opinion this is a 5 star villa.

We stayed for two weeks with our two small children, and visits from friends and family during our stay. The location is great; quiet, a short walk (8 mins?) from the beach, restaurants, and supermarket for necessities. The final hill up to the house is pretty steep, but we got used to it quickly and did not mind - even with strollers. The house is modern and nice, and the outside area has everything you need to enjoy yourself. The views are spectacular, and there is always entertainment in watching new boats coming and going every day. We took the tram to Sóller, witch was fun for the 3-year old, and we did short drives to nearby towns (so many, and very charming!). Ulrike was super attentive and helped us when we needed extra towels and a small cleaning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Casa del Puerto met all our expectations and more. The location is stunning. The villa has possibly THE best views over the harbour in all of Port de Soller. The house is spacious, modern and fitted out with top quality materials and equipment. It has a small pool perfect for a quick dip. The balcony was our favourite space. It is equipped with loungers, dining tables, a sofa, ample shaded area and enough space for everyone to enjoy a range of activities.We were met by Ulrike at the beginning and end of the visit and she called to see if we needed anything during the week. One small problem was sorted immediately.The owner, Michael, provided details of his favourite local restaurants which we sampled during the week. He also made recommendations for walks, visits, sporting activities as requested by us. Casa del Puerto is a holiday home lovingly designed and cared for by the owner and it was a pleasure to stay there (27/5/18 to 4/6/2018). One point to note is that the wonderful views over the harbour come at a price. The villa is more that 150 steps up from the port and not for the fainthearted. Thank you Michael. We look forward to a return visit.
