About this house rental
The traditional holiday home “Villa Cami de la Mar,” with its beautiful stone façade and characteristic green shutters, is located in Port de Sóller and offers stunning mountain views. This spacious property spans two storeys and consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to six guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, television, baby cot, and highchair.
Outside, the property features a private garden, a furnished open terrace, a pool, and an outdoor shower, all overlooking the rolling hills and Mediterranean greenery. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace and relax on comfortable sun loungers as you unwind in a peaceful setting.
A variety of restaurants, bars, and cafés can be reached in under 10 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is about a 12-minute walk away (1 km). Puerto Sóller beach is just a 5-minute walk from the property, perfect for spending quality time with loved ones and making unforgettable holiday memories.
There are two parking spaces on the property, and street parking is also available. Childcare can be arranged upon request. This is a self-catering property. The homeowners provide toilet paper and other basic amenities upon arrival; guests are expected to replace any items used. The swimming pool is located behind the house and accessed by stairs in the garden. Please note, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

This place was so charming and well decorated. The hosts were very communicative and gracious. They went out of their way to accommodate an early check in, and the house had everything we needed for cooking, enjoying the pool, laundry, and beaching. It was only a 6 minute walk into the port with great restaurants and very close to the trolley stop. The A/C worked perfectly, and the house was cool and comfortable. Highly recommend this property!

Pros: Der Pool ist sehr schön , die Küche sehr gut eingerichtet , die Verständigung mit den Vermietern war prima , rund um das Haus gibt es schöne Sitzmögluchkeiten.
Cons: Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig,
an kühlen Tagen und Nächten gibt die Klimaanlage nicht ausreichend Wärme ab.

Pros: The house is really nice, has a great pool and lots of outdoor space. It is very close to the restaurants and shops but still in a very calm location. It is equipped with all you need.
Check-in and check-out as well as communication with the agency were very easy and friendly.
Cons: The beds were not so comfortable and there is a very narrow stair from ground to first which you might need to block when coming with small children.
